He is currently the Chief Executive Officer and Lead Consultant at MGA Consulting Ghana Limited, a burgeoning Management Consultancy and Capacity Building company that provides business development strategy support and practical solutions to organizations, seeking to transform their business processes even amid disruptions.

Michael trains over 2,000 sales professionals each year and advises partner companies on multi- channel marketing initiatives, sales strategies, provide sales human resource solutions and general management support.

He is known for his support for sales growth, talent development, change management, adaptability, organizational sales structures, and strategic thinking.
